He has been involved in a number of investments in technology, energy and finance. Most recently he completed a solo circumnavigation of the world in the Vendée Globe sailing race on his yacht, Kilcullen Voyager.

Donal O’Shaughnessy has a professional background spanning engineering, management & business administration. An experienced investor and co-founder of Kilcullen Kapital Partners. He is the former Chairman of Cignal Communications (Irish telecoms infrastructure provider), and former group COO for the Digicel Group of companies.

Colm O’Reilly is a strong senior leader with 20+ years experience in the hospitality and drinks industries. 10+ years experience at CFO level developing strategy and managing performance of SME businesses. Extensive experience in turning around challenged businesses and overseeing / leading businesses through change. Formerly with Bass Plc, Diageo Plc, Choice Hotels Ireland and the Mercantile Entertainment Group. Interim CEO of Irish Pubs Global Federation and a NED to KKP’s hospitality investment portfolio and the CEO of Business Post Group.
Roger Courtney

Roger Courtney has 12+ years asset management experience for a large diversified portfolios of assets. Formerly a Fund Accountant with JP Morgan and Citigroup. He is currently Managing Director, Kilcullen Kapital Partners and a Director of Business Post Group.
Richard Klečka
Managing Director (Czech Republic)
Richard Klečka joined KKP Czech Republic in 2002 as CFO, later assuming the role of Managing Director. He has played an integral part in all major transactions in that market.
